My Approach

My coaching is more than coaching. It’s a project.

Everyone hires a coach to learn a sport: to improve performance, gain perspective, stay accountable, build confidence, and measure growth.

I approach life coaching the exact same way.

Healing, confidence, discipline, emotional resilience, and mindset are all trainable.

You do not change your life through motivation alone. You change your life through repetition.

Stick to the plan. Repeat it like medicine. Measure your progress. Watch your life begin to change.

The Project

My coaching projects are structured around periodization — the same concept used in elite athletics and performance training — where growth is measured in phases, seasons, goals, recovery, repetition, and progression over time.

Because life has seasons.

There are seasons of healing. Seasons of rebuilding. Seasons of discipline. Seasons of reinvention.

Every client enters coaching in a different season of life, and together we build a measurable framework around goals, habits, mindset, accountability, nervous system regulation, and daily structure.

Transformation is not accidental. It is trained.

How I Support

I support my clients through structure, accountability, perspective shifts, emotional resilience training, measurable goal setting, and honest conversations that create movement and change.

My coaching is collaborative. We identify where you are, where you want to go, what patterns are keeping you stuck, and what practical actions are required to move your life forward.

Together, we create a framework. Not vague motivation. Not endless talking.

A measurable plan.

But before change happens, we go deeper.

We get to the inner core: why you think the way you think, why you react the way you react, why you avoid certain things, why fear controls certain decisions, why self-doubt keeps repeating itself, why you continue patterns that no longer serve you.

We identify the root.

Because many people are not lazy, broken, or incapable. They are stuck in survival patterns, fear, avoidance, overthinking, emotional conditioning, and nervous system responses that were once protecting them.

Awareness changes everything.

Once we understand the “why,” we can begin rebuilding differently.

I help clients identify the habits, thoughts, behaviors, and environments that are either supporting their growth or sabotaging it.

We measure progress. We track patterns. We adjust the plan. We repeat the behaviors that create stability, confidence, resilience, and forward movement.

Transformation happens through action, repetition, consistency, and showing up long after motivation fades.

That is the work.

  • “As a career focused go-getter, my life never stops and is always on the go. Life can get crazy sometimes, and anxiety, depression, and a lack of motivation and self-confidence can certainly hit. That’s where Tracey Potter came in and shifted my mindset for the better. Tracey‘s life coaching was incredibly beneficial for not only my mental health, but also my physical health in the way that she helped me form healthy habits with eating and what I consume. After working with Tracey I feel like I really got my life on track and the future is looking so bright. I would recommend her to anybody who really needs a respectful (and fun) kick in the butt to get their life in order. She’ll have you believing in yourself and reaching new heights in no time. Whether you need help physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, or all of the above, she’s the one who is going to help you step on the gas for getting better. The things you will learn from her will last you a lifetime. She’s the best!”

  • “Tracey has been my coach since I was 11 years old. I’m in my 30’s now and Tracey still guides me. I wouldn’t be the strong, driven, and capable woman I am today without her.”

    —Imani Givertz | Creative Director

  • “Tracey is absolutely amazing. I can’t thank her enough for everything she’s done for me and taught me over the years. She’s incredible and I’d absolutely recommend her!”

  • "Working with Tracey came at a time when I really needed support. She was there for me before treatment, and she was ready to help me again as soon as I left. After treatment, I felt really overwhelmed trying to adjust back to everyday life while dealing with anxiety and depression. She gave me practical advice, support, and someone I could genuinely talk to during a really difficult time. I’m in a much better place mentally now, and I’m really grateful for everything she helped me through."

    —Lexi J | Wealth Manager

  • "I’ve worked with Tracey for the past 5 years, and she’s truly one of the most relatable and supportive people I’ve met. She shares insights and guidance without ever making you feel judged or unintelligent. She’s positive, encouraging, and always willing to go out of her way to help others. What I appreciate most is that Tracey is direct, but in a way that empowers you rather than makes you feel less than. Life is full of challenges for all of us, so having someone like Tracey in your corner helps keep you focused and moving forward. Her check-ins are never overbearing — they’re thoughtful, genuine, and come from a place of truly wanting to see you succeed. She’s also not afraid to call me out when needed, while being equally quick to acknowledge growth and success. That balance is rare. I would hands down recommend Tracey to anyone who is truly ready to tackle whatever it is they need help with. Just be ready — she will absolutely help you improve, as long as you’re willing to put in the work too."

  • "I recently went thru some health issues and I have always been the caregiver in the family so needless to say over time I allowed these issues to get the best of me. My daughter saw me struggling and reached out to Tracey and arranged a private session for me. Meeting with Tracey calmed me down brought me back to a sense of "you can do this". She helped me to establish a plan, guided me thru relaxation techniques and allowed me to voice and accept my fears. Since then. I have been able to reach out to Tracey for continued guidance and support with different life situations. I have recommended her to my friends. I am so grateful for her skills and comforting approach. Thank you Tracey."
